Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Tap Sign Up, choose a username, enter your email and password, confirm your birth year (16+), and you're in.

How do I set up my profile?

Visit your profile page and follow the setup nudges to add an avatar, banner, vibes, and link your streaming accounts.

What are VibeTags?

VibeTags are personality and playstyle tags that help you discover gamers, games, and communities that match your energy.

How do I find live streams?

Head to /discover and browse the Live tab to see who's streaming right now across Twitch, YouTube, and Kick.

How do I follow a gamer?

Visit their profile or stream page and tap the Follow button. Their streams will appear in your /feed.

What platforms are supported?

Streamo indexes gamers from Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. You can watch embedded streams from all three.

How do I earn XP?

You earn XP by posting, reacting, watching streams, participating in the community, and maintaining daily streaks.

What are badges?

Badges are collectible achievements you unlock through activity on the platform. Check /vault to see all available badges.

How does leveling work?

Your level is based on total XP earned. The more you engage, the higher you climb on the leaderboard.

How do I claim my gamer profile?

If you're already indexed, visit your auto-generated profile and tap 'Claim this profile'. You'll verify via username matching.

How do I link my streaming accounts?

Go to /settings and use the Streaming tab to connect your Twitch, YouTube, or Kick accounts.

Do I need to sign up to appear on Streamo?

No — Streamo auto-indexes gamers from supported platforms. You can claim your profile anytime to customize it.

What's the minimum age?

You must be 16 or older to use Streamo.

How do I reset my password?

Tap 'Forgot password' on the login page and follow the email instructions.

How do I report someone?

Use the report button on any profile, post, or stream. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
